Robin L. Owen

The Reverend Robin L. Owen is a Lutheran pastor and community organizer based in Nashville, Tennessee. She writes about the intersections of theology and urbanism. She is a cofounder of To Nashville With Love, a guerilla urbanist bench building project which has since placed over one hundred benches in protest to hostile architecture, and which raised a lot of hackles from Nashville's city government. She received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Tennessee, and a Master of Divinity from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Cosecha Community Development.
