Chandra Mayer

Chandra Mayer writes quirky picture books with humor and heart. She is an active member of her local SCBWI chapter, Rate Your Story, and Children’s Book Insider.

Chandra lives in Idaho with her husband, two teenagers, and their family zoo (currently 1 dog, 2 cats, and 2 Jurassic-sized goldfish). She loves books, office supplies, coffee, dark chocolate, and dragons.

When not reading or writing, Chandra enjoys spending time with her family and pets, playing recreational soccer, eyeing her neglected craft projects from across the room, or pursuing her third-degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
